THE MAJESTIC ADVENTURES OF OFELIA DE SOUSA

The Majestic Adventures of Ofelia de Souza was produced to communicate the Business Tourism segment in the Porto and Northern Region of Portugal. It was one of the big winners of the World’s Tourism Film Awards, promoted by CIFFT, the International Committee of Tourism Film Festivals, in 2022 in Valencia. The film won the title of World’s Best Tourism Film in the Tourism Products category.

This project, conceived by creative agency Kobu and produced and edited by New Light Pictures, takes a cinematic approach to the aesthetics of Wes Anderson and features an exuberant and charismatic event organizer who gives tips and suggestions on what to see, visit and eat in Porto and the north of the country.

The film won several international first prizes in destinations such as New York, Cape Town, Barcelona, Zagreb and Cannes, as well as on the Greek island of Amorgos.
