Alentejo Caiado de Fresco

“Alentejo Caiado de Fresco” is a destination promotional film, produced and directed by New Lighht Pictures for the Alentejo and Ribatejo Tourism Region, which transports us to the serene and invigorating beauty of the regions. But far from being just a “clipping” of pretty pictures, the narrative in the form of storytelling offers much more to what is intended to be the tourist experience of a place. This “something more” is what makes it captivating. It is the emotions of joy, pleasure, satisfaction, discovery, etc., experienced in both urban and rural landscapes, outdoors and indoors, from the historical context to modern times, that will connect the viewer with the curiosity to discover and explore this same place.

The existence of characters helps to strengthen the relationship between the viewer and the life of the place, reinforced by the importance and uniqueness of the region, since the viewer will find it easier to identify with the story and the actions proposed in the narrative. Awarded 1st prize in the International Tourism Destinations category at the 21st Golden City Gate International Tourism Film Festival in Berlin.
