After the Shadow

Challenged by the Municipality of Faro to produce a film that would lift the spirit on the threshold of the uncertainty that the municipality has experienced with the pandemic, we decided to take a chance on a symbolic project, where a dancer is stripped of her own shadow.

“After the Shadow” takes us on a journey, narrated by Albano Jerónimo, which illustrates the new reality of our dancer, who is also gagged by the nightmare, the absence and the fear of remaining on a horizon where the storm persists. Against all this, only hope, dreams and the ever-so-slight dance of a sunny day that is already on the horizon.
